Missed and Make Up Sessions Back to top Back to top
At PhyZeek we understand that due to family, work, illness or personal commitments that it is not always possible to attend pre-arranged sessions. PhyZeek endeavours to be extremely flexible in regard to missed sessions. All PhyZeek clients that provide at least 12hrs notice of non-attendance will be offered a make up session (e.g. another Boot Camp session or Monday/Saturday boxing session). All make up sessions MUST be completed by the end of your pre-arranged program time (e.g. 4 week Boot Camp) - this ensures that you are still getting the maximum benefit out of your course.

If you neglect to provide notice of your non-attendance, this will be dealt with this on a case by case basis.
